JOB EXPERIENCE
 Chef Tony’s Snack Foods Phils Corp. and American Family Restaurants Phils. Inc.
Associate Human Resource Generalist
October 2013 to Present
- Attends to the concerns of employees;
- Oversees the working conditions of employees;
- Assists the Chief Administrative Officer in implementing new policies on employee relations and
other significant matters;
- Coordinates with the department heads, supervisors, and managers regarding their employee
concerns;
- Monitors the leave balances of all regular employees;
- Orients and inducts newly hired employees with the Company’s vision, mission, corporate values,
culture as well as its code of conduct;
- Drafts and releases memorandum for new policies, and other significant matters.
- Ensures that the employee master list is updated;
- Monitors implementation of policies concerning wages, hours, and working conditions to ensure
compliance with labor policies and regulations;
- Assists in the training program of employees;
- Assists in events conceptualization and management for employees (i.e. Employee of the Quarter,
general assemblies, town hall meetings, etc.);
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by the Chief Administrative Officer.

- Sources and contacts applicants for TSR and CSR posts as well as financial analyst/
- Maintains the orderliness of the 201 files of the accounts I handle.
- Conducts phone interview and character verification.

- Assisted companies with their needs as well as maintaining the orderliness of the Job Fair.
