Career Objective
I am seeking to enter the skilled craft disciplines in a plant or contruction setting. I am seeking a position where the
daily challenges are a close match for my intensity and drive. Further, I am seeking a career in which I can also
utilize my offshore contruction,electrical, and hydraulic skill set.

Internet Director/Floor Manager for a franchise Toyota dealership. Duties included assignment of leads to ISM’s
monitoring response times, content of responses,providing concise quotes and structuring of deals when necessary.
Hire Resource Staffing Recruiter/Account Manager 06/2010 – 12/2013
After meeting with field recruiters and interviewing with the V.P. this position was actually created for me. During
my time at HRS I quickly picked up on new recruiting and sourcing techniques.Within the first month with HRS I
brought on two new clients and 15 new hires. After month three I was appointed recruiter in charge of turnaround
staffing (craft trades) placing an average of 35 candidates per month at both national and international sites.
Turnaround staffing is very fast paced and labor intensive requiring an individual working these projects to be
extremely detail oriented. I have also placed candidates in such fields as engineering, technical, project management,
maritime and craft/skilled trades. Highly skilled in contract negotiations and account management.
Lone Star Power Sports General Manager 5/07 – 6/10
Responsible for day to day operations of two multi-line dealerships in the powersports industry.Built two brick and
mortar stores from the ground up. Developed and maintained inventory line and branding. Creation and
implementation of internet commerce strategies including but not limited to website development and SEO/PPC
campaigns, targeting and budgeting.Responsible for hiring, training and development of staff, goal setting and
implementations of procedures for optimization in each. I am also a skilled motorcycle mechanic.
Haliburton Subsea 7 ROV Pilot Technician 04/99 – 05/07
Operated and mainained work class rovs. Scope of work ranged widely from seabed surveys to subsea construction
and drill support.I also worked internationally in locales such as Venezuela, Africa, Mexico and GOM. The
technical skillset required was multi-discilpined and to be successfulyou had to be highly skilled in all.
Demonstrated the ability to troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic systems,electrical systems up to 10Kv AC, low
voltage DC, PLC and associated actuators.I was also a certified in rigging as this position required day to day heavy
lifting many times in heavy seas.Work schedule was 7/12’s and rotational. Conducted daily tool box meetings and
SOW prior to each crew hand over.
United States Air Force NCOIC Nav Aids 2066th Com Squadron/Recruiter 11/89 –03/99
During the first five 5 years of my time in the Air Force I was a member of the meteorological navigational aids
shop with the 2066th Communications squadron.Duties included performing daily, weekly and monthly preventive
maintenance of mission critical ground based navigational and weather equipment. After making E-5 was promoted
to N.C.O.I.C. of the shop.After 5 years with the 2066th I requested to be cross trained into a recruiting role my
request was approved.After a completion of the mandatory six month cross training required. I was assigned to to
the 354th recruiting post 8th Air Force in Charleston, South Carolina. Duties included attending recruiting events off
post,.screening potentialAirmen and assigning them to the appropriate AFSC after ASVAB results were received.
