Topography
The arrangement of natural and artificial
physical features of Faridabad is hilly on the
other hand having plain(flat) terrain
SOIL-
The site contains alluvial soil.
Alluvium is loose, unconsolidated soil or sediments, which has
been eroded, reshaped by water in some form, and redeposit in a
non-marine setting. Alluvium is typically made up of a variety of
materials, including fine particles of silt and clay and larger particles
of sand and gravel.

BUILDING FORM-
-Building form derived from the
functional arrangement of the requirements.
Concept
Concept of the sunbird resort is the special arrangement of
the suits
Spatial arrangement of the functions according to the requirement
of the resort .
-lobby is the main entrance space which takes you to the lounge,
dining area and to the backyard.
-Singly loaded corridor having suites as well as admin block .
-The vertical movement is through the staircase from lobby only,
taking it up to more couple of floor .
-The special suites is likely to be arranged in a saw-tooth manner .
-Small O.T.S with a parallel running corridor taking to conference
hall and to the backyard.
- Care to the functions given like keeping the kitchen away from
rooms and suits .
-Open terrace to the first floor rooms on the other hand the
astonishing view from those rooms of the lake
- Keeping the backyard the backbone of this particular type of
resort because of its small area.

Resort has proper ventilation.
Proper lighting is available due to open sight.
Little bit congested.
Recreational area has been defined in
building and in open spaces
Swimming pool was not in right position
Restaurant was at a distance from the main building
Proper parking facility was available
Drop off porch gives a design compliment
Total site was much larger then the built-up
Proper road connectivity is available by Faridabad and Old Delhi.
