Nigel Dalton has been the Chief Information Officer of REA Group since 2012. Nigel has over 25 years of IT-related experience across
multi-nationals and start-ups. He joined travel publisher Lonely Planet as General Manager of Information Technology in 2007, becoming Deputy
Director of Digital in 2010. He co-founded a consultancy, Luna Tractor, to help businesses apply systems thinking, lean and agile software
development methodologies to all aspects of business. Previously, Nigel has held roles with AXA Australia, ePredix in the US, as well as Silicon
Systems and Mitsubishi Electric in New Zealand.

Rachel Botsman, Thought Leader, Author & Entrepreneur
Rachel Botsman is the global thought leader on the power of the collaboration and sharing through digital technologies to transform the
way we live, work, bank and consume. She defined the theory of ‘collaborative consumption’ and was one of the first thinkers to define the
effects of the ‘sharing economy’. In 2010, she published the critically acclaimed book What’s Mine is Yours: How Collaborative Consumption
Is Changing The Way We Live. Her breakthrough TED talks on the subject have been viewed over two million times and TIME magazine
subsequently named Collaborative Consumption one of the 10 Ideas That Will Change The World.She is a World Economic Forum Young
Global Leader, was named by Fast Company as one of the ‘Most Creative People in Business’ and featured by Monocle as one of the top 20 speakers in the world to
have at your conference. She has spoken for high profile organisations including the Clinton Global Initiative, Google, and at No. 10 Downing Street. She is currently
designing the first-ever MBA course on the collaborative economy that she will teach at Oxford University in 2015. Her writings and research that examine the effects
on business and society from changes in technologies have been featured in the Harvard Business Review, The Economist, CNN, New York Times, The Guardian, The
Financial Times, and other publications. She is an associate editor for WIRED UK and writes a monthly tech trends column in the Australian Financial Review. Rachel
was previously a founding partner in the Collaborative Fund, an early stage investor in disruptive ventures, and a former director at President Clinton’s Foundation. She
received her BFA from the University of Oxford, and undertook her postgraduate studies at Harvard University. Her work has taken her to every continent, except Antarctica.

systems, process design and research management. In addition to Michael’s academic credentials, he is a regular advisor to senior executives
from various industries and a regular keynote speaker at worldwide conferences. He has an MBA (1992) and a PhD (1995) from the University
