Nigel Dalton has been the Chief Information Officer of REA Group since 2012. Nigel has over 25 years of IT-related experience across

Director of Digital in 2010. He co-founded a consultancy, Luna Tractor, to help businesses apply systems thinking, lean and agile software

Rachel Botsman, Thought Leader, Author & Entrepreneur
Rachel Botsman is the global thought leader on the power of the collaboration and sharing through digital technologies to transform the
way we live, work, bank and consume. She defined the theory of ‘collaborative consumption’ and was one of the first thinkers to define the
effects of the ‘sharing economy’. In 2010, she published the critically acclaimed book What’s Mine is Yours: How Collaborative Consumption
Is Changing The Way We Live. Her breakthrough TED talks on the subject have been viewed over two million times and TIME magazine
subsequently named Collaborative Consumption one of the 10 Ideas That Will Change The World.She is a World Economic Forum Young
Global Leader, was named by Fast Company as one of the ‘Most Creative People in Business’ and featured by Monocle as one of the top 20 speakers in the world to
have at your conference. She has spoken for high profile organisations including the Clinton Global Initiative, Google, and at No. 10 Downing Street. She is currently
designing the first-ever MBA course on the collaborative economy that she will teach at Oxford University in 2015. Her writings and research that examine the effects
