Best way to get Healthy Body- Now we all know how busy
your life at in all those thing of busy life schedule we don't
take care on your health and health is very important to
work so we discuss on health that how we follow healthy
lifestyle to growing concern amount people from all fields.
You have to be able to understand how much healthy life
style is important.
Good health is not an easy task it is based on your daily
lifestyle each and every think are important to get healthy.
We all thinking that we live long but there health are not
good due to there disease few people are very fit because
they follow good healthy lifestyle that's why we considered
good lifestyle
We are discuss one by one, How
to keep your body healthy and
strong. There are some tips for
health.
 Drink more Water.
 Enough Sleep.
 Exercise
 Eat more fresh Fruits and Vegetables
 Avoid junk food
 Avoid negative people in your life
 Stop Smoking
 Prepare your meals
1) Drink more Water
Mostly people are not drink as much
water which our body needs. So, we drink
more water. Keep yourself hydrated all
day , we drink 2.7 liters for woman and
3.7 liters for men drink water in a day
which are more benefited for health. The
proper way to drink water, sip water
slowly.
2) Enough Sleep
Sleep is important to a number of
functions including how nerve cells
communicate with each other. Your brain
and body feel relax and active after
sleep. We need to sleep 7-8 hour in a
day and avoid junk food
3) Exercise
Exercise is very important to keep your
body healthy and strong .Get fit by
moving your body in some way for 30
minutes a day risk of disease is less. It
gives energy and body is active , exercise
combats health condition and diseases.
4)Eat more fresh Fruits and
Vegetables
Fresh Fruits and Vegetables good for
health they carry vitamins and minerals.
We eat 4 fruits and Vegetables per day
to maintain health. Fruits are best foods
for healthy body.
5)Avoid junk food
Jung food is not good for health they are
very harmful for your health because they
are full with oil which is dangerous for
heart. Junk food high in sodium can lead
to increase headaches and migraine.
6)Avoid negative people in your
life
A positive mentality is key for a good
healthy life. Don't need negativity in your
life. If you face that your friend or family
member is negative just let him or her go.
7)Stop Smoking
Smoking is injurious to health but why
people avoid that such thinks which are
harmful for here health. We recommended
that don't smoke ever in your life.
Smoking causes cancer, heart disease,
stoke, lung diseases, diabetes etc.
8)Prepare your meals
When you prepare meals you control
exactly what the your meal. For preparing
your meal to make easy healthy food to
choices for your body
How to improve health and
wellness
Consume less Salt and Sugar
Filipinos consume twice the recommended
amount of sodium, Putting them at risk of
high blood pressure which increase the
risk of heart disease and stock. We use
salt 5g per day.
On the other hand consuming more
amount of sugar increase the risk of tooth
decay and unhealthy weight gain. In both
adults and child. We use sugar less than
10% of total energy in take. WHO
recommends consuming less than 5% of
total energy intake for good health
benefits.
Lose weight if you are overweight
Lose weight if you are overweight
 High Blood Pressure
 High Cholesterol
 Type 2 Diabetes
 Stock
 Some Cancers
Conclusion
The are some problem which we discuss
on that now we all now what the
conclusion we face so follow the
instruction to get healthy lifestyle.
Because health is very important and do
all thinks which give you healthy life. And
also follow healthy diet it is also important
because your body work with the food
and we need healthy and nutrition meals.
