This document discusses the importance of first responders having instant access to facility hazardous chemical data in the event of an emergency. It describes how chemical information is currently available through physical storage methods that are difficult to access and share. It then introduces an online system called Tier II Manager that allows facilities, first responders, and emergency management to access chemical inventory and safety information in real-time through a secure website.
