Dr. Shiladitya Chatterjee is an international development economist who has supported development efforts extensively in India and the developing countries of Asia and the Pacific. Educated at Presidency College, Calcutta; Delhi School of Economics; and Boston University - from where he took his Ph.D. - Dr. Chatterjee’s professional career has traversed the fields of academics; administration (in the Indian Administrative Service); and international development (at the Asian Development Bank).
