I am a problem solver. I analyzed our Google
AdWords adverting metrics and identified a
problem where people were clicking on words that
don’t relate to E. H. Wachs’ products and it was
costing us money. So, I researched how to change
that and implemented goals and solutions by
adding 100-150 negative keyword phrases to our
Google AdWords account. As a result, I improved
the AdWords account performance by 10-15% to
meet company growth goals.
I am detail oriented. I analyzed our email
campaigns and website presence metrics and saw
that they could use improvement. I did some
research on ways to change that. As a result, I
improved the metrics after making the changes and
increased email and SEO presence by 15-20%.
I am resourceful. When I was at E. H. Wachs, our
YouTube channel had no followers and only about
1,000 views. So, I did some research, learned how
to change that and set some goals. As a result,
there are now over 500 followers and over 207,000
views in micro niche market.

I am frugal. We lost our Graphic Designer who
used to create our videos and my manager wanted
to continue video campaigns. So, in my spare time,
I learned how to edit videos, which later turned
into video management. As a result, I saved the
company $50K with in-house video creation
programs.
I am motivated. I led a cancer fundraiser for a
friends son. I set fundraising goals to reach and
increased social media followers by 430%. As a
result, we raised $20K in two months on a $0
budget while I was working full time.
I am innovative. I increased trade show attendee
visitation by 89% through integrated marketing
efforts in one year. As a result it decreased our cost
per lead by 44.5%.

I analyzed our email campaigns and website presence metrics and saw that they could use improvement. I did some research on ways to change that.
