• PTSGI has served the translation industry around 50 years, and through the years, the company has
relocated several times and our obsolete facilities are continuously replaced. While we have

Step 1. Sales for project analysis and arrange schedule.

background.
Step 3. Translator complete the translation and check the document.
Step 4. Proofreading- Proofreader polish the translation, also check
the grammar and spelling.
Step 5. Review- Assign department review the final translation.
Step 6. QC- Sales Final QA .
12. Security Control
• Confidential File and normal file are saved separately; there
are Identification code and password set for access control.
• All print material will be destroyed after checking, proofreading
or any other purpose.
• An information security management is set to control the
internet and intranet
• Education and training is conducted to broadcast confidential
information regularly
