 Converse with customer to determine destination, mode of transportation,
travel dates financial consideration and accommodation
 Book transportation and hotel reservation , tours, and handle all visa
arrangement
 Telephone customer to advise of any changes with travel conveyance or
confirmation
 Follow up on waiting list reservation & pending travel procedures with client
& accounts
 Plan, investigate arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages and promotional
travel incentive offered by the company
 Provide customer with brochures and publication containing travel
information , such as local customs points of interests , or foreign country
regulation
 Handle clients technical problems
 Adhere to all operating quality and security procedures
 Coordinate with finance to finalize collection and payments
 Assist in the training of new Jr.Staff
