The Sales director is in charge of implementing effectively and consistently company sales
strategies in the market place. Control and monitor his people performance, understand their needs
and create ideas that can help them to better achieve their results.
Analyze and identify gaps of performance and create ideas to overcome them proactively.
SD is a strategic yet experienced Sales manager who can predict competition/trade reaction, and
provide tools to his sales force to overcome obstacles and endure performance.
Provide consistently to the company market dynamics changes, competition update with
