Manage the financial activities of the Egypt Concentrate Plant, including Internal Control,
Business Planning, General Accounting, AR, Treasury,AP and Cost Accounting.
Administer the company’s operational and capital budget financial analysis.
Manage the overall financial operations of the plant and ensure finance is strongly represented in
all key plant management decisions.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of plant financial operations, including:

• Report on the financial performance of the operations on a monthly basis (actualand
rolling estimate results) to CPS EEA finance and CPS leadership and plant management; meet all
submission deadlines
• Ensure all financial accounting for the plant is completed to CPS / Corporate
requirements, ensuring accurate reporting of monthly financial forecasts and actualresults (in
collaboration with GBS/GFO service organization through appropriate SLAs). Strong
management of the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury processes performed
on-site at the CPS Cairo plant
• Ensure value added analysis and narratives are completed for all major variances to plan,
and own and drive corrective measures when necessary
• Manage the business to minimize financial risks and exposures, and deliver targets for all
financial performance metrics
• Plan for, monitor, and control budgeted costs
• Proactively identify and transparently communicate Risks and Opportunities; drive
initiatives to capture Opportunities / mitigate Risks and grow productivity
Manage Annual Planning Process:
• Manage all BP P&L and balancesheet processes and presentations,ensuringall deadlines met with quality
analysisand commentary
• Manage timetable and communicate with plantmanagement / planning/ procurement staff
• Work with plantGM / plantmanagement team to ensure key inputs are prepared and approved within
CPS guidelines / deadlines

Manage Inventory and Capital Expenditures
• Primary responsibility for the management of plantinventory balances includingcyclecounting,
processinginventory adjustments,and obsolescencemonitoring
• In combination with local Operations& Engineering team, submission and management of annual capital
expenditure program. Take a lead role in the capital expenditurereview routines with key plantand EEA
stakeholders with an Economic Profit/ROIC view of capital. Build awarenessatthe plantlevel through trainingand
other learningopportunities to drive an ROI mindset related to capital spend
Manage Internal Controls and Lead Accountability Mindset
• Ensure internal controls arein placeto protect the organization againstany negativefinancial exposure,
safeguard financial and physical assets and to meet strictCompany and SOX requirements and regulations
• Ensure associates areawareof Company policies and procedures such as theCompany delegation of
authority,the local delegation of authority and the Company Code of Business Conduct.
