To provide financial advice and undertake related accounts administration.
Manage the funds in a manner as to maximize the return of investment while
minimize risk. Ensure that an adequate control structure is in place over the
transfer and investments of funds. Engage in financial analysis in area such as
forecasting, budgeting, engage in cost reduction analysis, and review
operational performance .
Qualifications
• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures .
• Establish procedures for custody and control of assets, records in order to
safekeeping.
• Oversee the operations for finance department, including the design of an
organization structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and
objectives.
• Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of the team in finance

• Manage the preparation of annual budget , report to management on
variances from established budget and the reasons for those variances .
• Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction ,
prepare financial and regulatory reports required by laws, regulations and
board of directors.
• Prepare operational and risk reports for management analysis .
• Analyze and classify risks and investments to determine their potential
impacts on company.
• Involve and recommend in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of
the company .
• Review the performance of company's divisions and report on key issues
to management .
• Conduct benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential
improvement.
• Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting and collections
procedures, and investment activities and make recommendations for
changes to procedures , operating systems , budgets and other financial
control function .
• Manage the capital budgeting process .
• Enhance and maintain banks relationships.
• Create additional analyses and reports requested by management.
