2. Process
For my production I did a rotoscope of
batman from arkham knight. To do this I
selected the polygon lasso tool. And once I
went round the shape I then had to right
click on the mouse to bring a multi-choice
option box and choose the layer via copy
option, afterwards I double clicked on the
new layer created which was created and
then another option box will appear so
then you choose the colour overlay and
then I chose the black for the layer.
3. Process
Every layer I created I right clicked
on the top layer and a multi-option
box appears and then you go to
merge down, this will merge all
layers that were created from the
layer via copy option. If you do not
merge down the layers it will be too
cluttered and will be confusing so
that is why I merged them down. I
didn’t do any other colour such as
the grey on the armor or yellow on
the utility belt instead I just did the
dark colours which are in the
shading and the outline. I also
recoloured the design to a white so I
have two versions of the same
design. It was originally black.
4. Process
Here is the design on t-
shirts, I managed this by
putting them onto
redbubble.com where
you can create t-shirt
designs and so that’s
what I did to both
designs, I got rid of the
light colours for the
white version and the
dark colours for the black
version. And they also
come on other products
such as phone cases etc.
