Enable is Local Fiber Company-LFC in Christ church Area New Zealand which provides High speed broad.
Enable is engaged with New Zealand government to deliver Ultrafast Broadband in Christchurch and
surrounding areas, being a partner in the Government's ultra-fast broadband (UFB) initiative, Enable is set
to become the primary provider of fiber access services linking the Christchurch community and local
businesses with each other and the world.
TechM will design, build, deliver, integrate, test and install a robust OSS/BSS solution stack that combines
components from Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM, Comptel’s Fulfillment Suite and Redhat’s JBOSS Application
Server (as more thoroughly described in the Specifications and Design) and will ensure that such
OSS/BSS solution delivers the functionality, performance and outcomes required by ESL, including as
described in the Specifications and Design, and the ESL Requirements.
A secure and interoperable B2B web services gateway for pre-qualification, ordering and assurance
functions and billing forecasting through a Secure FTP gateway; and
A self-service portal based on Liferay platform, SDE platform using JBOSS-SOA.

Tech Mahindra will design, build, deliver, integrate, test and install a HFC (Hybrid fiber-coaxial) Fulfillment
