FOUNDATION OFASEER:
WHO THIS TEACHING IS FOR
It has long been on my mind to begin to
share in public, what I have learned over
the past two years on the topic of the
“Foundation of the Seer.”
In this time together, it is my prayer that
this teaching will be an answer to prayer
for those aggressively seeking Truth in
this kingdom hour—in order to enter into
rest and greater intimacy with God in

Reveal to young seers the pattern of how God-the Father-
builds upon the Foundation of His Dear Son,
every believer must learn to build and follow the same
blueprint:
A.How does God build?
B.What does He build upon?
C.How does He maintain what He builds?

Built: Introduction
There are many teachings on the topic of the
Seer that have been written throughout
History. In the late 1980’s groups of people
began to teach upon topics such as: dreams,
visions, prophecy and more.
If you are reading this presentation today, it is
more possible than not—that you remember
those days. If you are new to this topic,
“Welcome!” I am glad you were here.
Perhaps, the Prophet Joel can be a cloud of
witnesses to what we are writing because His
prophecy that was quoted in the Book of Acts
of the Last Days of the Great Outpouring has
been quoted many times found in the Book of
Acts 2.
Built: Who Built the Foundation?
At the same time, the Apostle Paul wrote about a
foundation of the apostles and prophets—that
was built. Please understand that this foundation
of the apostles and prophets was built with
Christ Jesus Himself as the cornerstone.
However, “Let me ask you—who did the
building?” Here, we might assume that Jesus
built it –but, Jesus often said in His earthly
ministry, “He could do nothing on His own.”
The question comes to mind, “Who built the
foundation? How was the foundation built? How
is the foundation maintained? How does
knowing this and applying this in my life help
me grow as a Seer?”

Jesus prayed, “Father, into thy Hands I

in the Greek mean:

When a person wants to build something, there
are a few things they need. That is, they need
blueprints, tools to build. In the kingdom of
God, “God uses His hands and His breath” to
build His kingdom through His Dear Son,
Christ Jesus and His Temple (The Body of
Christ) in which He dwells. We see the work
of God’s Hand building His kingdom through
the prayer of Jesus on the cross.

As you look at the meaning of the word(s)
Hands we understand that God used His Hands
to work with the prayers of Jesus. This is very
important—because in the Life of a Seer, God
uses His Hands to help a believer see in the
Spirit.
However, before we get too far-let us also
understand that the meaning of Hands
represent God’s: power, might, and more. Let
me ask you a question, “Did you also notice
this word means to create?”

Here, the Father answered the prayer of Jesus
with His Hands by reaching down to where
Jesus was—and raising Him from the dead. It
is the Blood of Jesus that was shed at Calvary
that made the Way for the Hands of God to
begin to build and restore His precious
Kingdom. A kingdom not made with human
hands, but from the Hands of God Himself.

Here, we want to get back to our Scripture
study for just a moment in the Book of
Ephesians. “Built upon the foundation” of the
apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus
Himself as the cornerstone.
1. Every Seer must learn to work with the
Hands of God: Jesus prayed, and the
Hands of God created it. There is no other
foundation of the Apostle & Prophet then
to understand—first, the revelation of the
Hands of God.

Built: God’s Hands Built: God’s Garden
10
When God builds upon the foundation that He
has laid, “He does so first, by His Hands with
the prayers of those in the Spirit of Sonship.”
Secondly, when Jesus prayed, “Father into thy
hands I commend my spirit” we learn how the
Father responded to the prayer of Jesus. Here,
the word commend means: to deposit into
oneself, to hide, to protect, and more.
Here, the Father made Jesus one in Himself as
the First Fruits of the Resurrection. The message
of the Gospel of Christ Jesus is: Jesus died, Jesus
arose, Jesus ascended into heaven, Jesus is
coming again—as we know it, and have been
taught.
However, there is a large part of the Gospel of
Jesus Christ that has missed. That is, “Jesus
became one back into the Father and took all of
those who believe in His death, resurrection,
and ascension—with Him.
The Father Himself, became a Gardener –just
as Jesus spoke in John 15. The Father Himself,
“Reconciled every person—back into Himself
through the DOOR of Jesus, as the WAY, and
then the Father hid every believer in His Dear
Son, Christ Jesus, to protect us—forever, as His
purchased inheritance. Hallelujah!

There is a Book in the Bible that has eight small
chapters called “The Song of Solomon.” In this
Book a woman by the name of the Shulamite
dwells in her Garden and it is there she describes
her desire in her Love relationship with her
Lover.

Just as Jesus was hidden inSIDE of the Father,
through Hands of God, God continued to build
His kingdom in Christ and those He planted
back into His Dear Son.
The second way that God built His kingdom was
through His breath.
For that reason, when we study the word “Built”
in the actual Greek we see the meaning of the
word “Built” and why the breath of God is so
important.
“God quickened Christ Jesus back into Life—by
the Spirit, or His Breath and in the same
manner—every person now reconciled in God
through Christ has received this same breath and
Life.

While there are many teachings on the topic of a
Seer in these kingdom days, it is vital that we
understand the importance of the proper
foundation of a Seer.
The work of God through Christ has a pattern,
and this pattern is where the Life of a Seer that is
growing up in the Spirit of Adoption is preserved
and maintained. The Father keeps us and
upholds us in Christ, as we have faith in God, or
“Living inside of God, through Christ.”
It is here that we must understand “The work of
God’s Hand in our lives—and how to depend
upon the Hands of God for every area of Life.”
It was not until we are made one in God, through
Christ, that God breathed His Life back into
Christ Jesus and distributed Life and Light back
into every believer. For this reason, each person
is “Awakened” in God through being
transfigured.
Not many years ago, I was carried in the Spirit
and walked with the Prophet Nahum from the
Bible. It was there I was translated to three
different Nations, and was given insight into the
heart of God through His Word. On one
occasion, I was taken to the Mt of
Transfiguration.
Here, I saw many people lined up to come up to
the Mount and those who were already there

on the Mount of Transfiguration were being
taught the revelation of “Transfiguration” and
the power of the spoken Word.
Just as Peter, James, and John saw Jesus on the
Mount Transfigured, “There was a cloud that
overshadowed Jesus”—in which God spoke out
of to His disciples. This cloud is “God’s Breath”
and the purpose of God’s breath is to make alive,
but also, “Maintain as One in the One who gives
the Breath.”
For this reason, in the Breath of God there is
Light to shine in the face of Jesus. It is
dependent upon how much you are filled with
the Father through Christ Jesus, by the Spirit of
God that you walk in open visions, or closed
visions.
Seeing into the heart of Jesus is seeing into the
“Seer’s Glass” because it is there that the Holy
Spirit “Mirrors Jesus to see the Father” and be
Transfigured. Hallelujah!
It is written in Romans 12, “Be not conformed to
this world but be transformed by the renewing of
our mind.” What this means is, “Live in God –
through Christ-not in the world.”
Those who do not have such insight of being
transfused with newness of Life of being one in
God through Christ teach that mind is: a
battlefield, and more. Yet, in essence the

the Mind of God is Christ Jesus, who is the
Word made flesh.
As we go back to the prayer of Jesus on the
Cross, Jesus prayed in Luke 23:46, “Into thy
hands I commend my spirit.”
The word commend also means, “Para-Tithe-
Mi” or, “Surround me inSIDE (Tithe) yourself
and transfuse me with (Mi) Light and Life.”
Mistakes of the Seer’s teachings do not teach
that blessed place of rest inside God through
Christ, and for that reason we have so many out
of balance insights into the heart of God—rather
than living inSIDE the heart of God.
You cannot see into the kingdom without seeing
through the heart of Jesus. You cannot see and
hear the Father without seeing and hearing
through Jesus. Jesus is the only One whom the
Father planted every believer in—as our Good
Soil, as we are the inheritance that the Father
sold all He had to purchase us back to Himself
through His Beloved Son, Christ Jesus.

and teachings on the “Winds of God” I have

another error among prophetic circles on the
teachings of the “Winds of God.” That is,
prophetic circles talk about “The Winds of God
are Changing” and more. If you have heard of
this statement, or you have not heard of this
statement, we must understand that the “Winds
of God” is the Breath of God upon His Son to
build His kingdom.
It is the Breath of God that is full of Light and
Truth that “Molds the workmanship of God,
through His Hands, to be One through the Father
in Christ.”
Ezekiel was told to prophecy to the “Breath
and winds of God” in the thirty-seventh chapter
of His Book. Yet, the purpose of breath was to
make “One” through Christ: bone of his bone,
tendon of his tendon and more. God’s breath
enthrones who God is: as One through His Son
and His Temple, in whom every believer is.
For this reason we see two laws that must be in
effect for the purpose of building:
1. The law of reliance upon faith in God,
through His Hands & workmanship.
2. The law of reliance upon faith in God,
through His breath & workmanship.

The picture you are looking at is from the Greek

Here, we see that the word built has two
meanings of the word “Breathe”
1. Before a rough breathing
2. Before a smooth breathing
Even though this word “Build” means breath,
