9. Biography - Shannon Lewis 9
Shannon Lewis, President of Liberty & Co Communications is a seasoned
communications professional whose international experience brings strategy, creativity
and results to client’s business challenges.
Shannon started her journey working in advertising at the first advertising agency J
Walter Thomspon. The following years she grew her career working in advertising,
marketing and media with leading agencies AMVBBDO London, BBH London,
MindShare London, JWT Australia and MediaCom Canada.
Over the past 15+ years, boasting a bevy of clients and brands including the BBC,
Kellogg’s, GE Europe, Barnado’s Children’s Charity, Southcorp Wines, MindShare London,
MediaCom Canada and Unilever, a few awards were won, client profiles were built and
all delivered with passion, professionalism and tenacity.
Having an international perspective, strategic sense and creative eye, Shannon decided to
pursue the business and projects that she found most inspiring and thought provoking to
all parties and got the bug to start up a consultancy, Liberty & Co Communications.
Throughout Shannon’s career she has helped companies and individuals tell their brand
story in a compelling and relevant way, as a marketing executive and now as a
consultant. She has extensive experience leading marketing and media efforts including
brand positioning, business development, digital and social strategy, events, sponsorships, Shannon Lewis, President of
brand workshops and corporate communications. Liberty & Co. Communication
While in her professional role, Shannon also advises young individuals starting out in
their careers, helping them navigate and elevate their own professional brand towards
personal success.
Shannon is active in the arts community and is a Branksome Hall Alumnae board
member. She is an avid cycler, skier and outdoors enthusiast with most recently
summiting to the peak of Kilimanjaro.
