    To view the report, click on the dropdown menu beneath the report title you wish to view.
    Identify the format and click on the option.
    After a moment, a link to view the report will appear next to the drop down menu. Click on the link and your report is ready
     to view.

The following inventory reports are available:

    Completed Locals – a complete list of all the local lines your account has ever had with Granite, including cutover date and
     underlying carrier.
    Long Distance – any phone lines active on Granite’s Long Distance Platform.
     Local Line Pending – any locations with a pending order to be installed or converted to the Granite platform.
    Toll Free Lines – any toll free numbers with Granite.

   All the reports that have the option to “make your download selection below” can be viewed in HTML, Excel, PDF, CSV or
    XML.
   Management Reports:
     o    Most Frequently Called Numbers
     o    Most Expensive Calls
     o    Long Duration Calls
     o    Most Frequently Called Toll Free Numbers
     o    Directory Assistance Completion Calls
   Financial Reports:
     o    All Charges – detailed version of the invoice with all charges that are on the PDF, including usage and minutes.
     o    Line Charges – all features on every line and class of service.
     o    Usage – total number of each type of call made from every line.
     o    Tax Detail – federal, city and state taxes broken down to the account level.
     o    Adjustments – any refunds for usage allowances.
     o    Savings Details Report – savings to the account level, versus tariff price with LEC.

  • 13. 3.1 Inventory Tab  These reports can be viewed in HTML, Excel, PDF, CSV or XML.  To view the report, click on the dropdown menu beneath the report title you wish to view.  Identify the format and click on the option.  After a moment, a link to view the report will appear next to the drop down menu. Click on the link and your report is ready to view. The following inventory reports are available:  Completed Locals – a complete list of all the local lines your account has ever had with Granite, including cutover date and underlying carrier.  Long Distance – any phone lines active on Granite’s Long Distance Platform. Local Line Pending – any locations with a pending order to be installed or converted to the Granite platform.  Toll Free Lines – any toll free numbers with Granite.
