Introduction
ï‚— Conservation of fuel is the main important criterion for
nations development.
ï‚— Pollution level is also increasing day by day is to
incomplete
combustion of fuel in automobiles.
ï‚— In automobiles, only 60% of the fuel is completely burned
and the remaining are wastage.
ï‚— It results in decrease in brake thermal efficiency, brake
power, and also results in detonation and knocking.
ï‚— Incomplete combustion of fuel results in the formation of
CO,Nox
on atmosphere, resulting adverse effect on environment.
ï‚— A FUEL ENERGIZER (MAGNETIZER) is a device
which ionizes the fuel being fed through it.
ï‚— A magnetizer uses neodymium iron boron magnet.
ï‚— It is capable of producing strong magnetic field with
the help of magnets.
ï‚— It is installed on cars,
trucks immediately
before carburetor or
injector on fuel line.
Effect of Magnetic field on fuel
structure
ï‚— Molecules tend to align with the direction of magnetic
field, when magnetic field is created.
ï‚— The axis of electrons aligned with the external
magnetic field produces a fluctuating dipole moment.
ï‚— This has the effect of ensuring that fuel actively interlocks
with oxygen producing a more complete burn in the
combustion chamber
ï‚— The result is higher engine output, better fuel economy and
a reduction in the hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and
oxides of nitrogen that are emitted through the exhaust.
ï‚— Hydrogen before passing through magnetic field
ï‚— Hydrogen after passing through magnetic field
Working of Fuel Energizer
ï‚— Fuels of IC engines are consists of molecules.
ï‚— Molecules are not realigned, so the fuel is not
interlocked with oxygen during combustion.
ï‚— There alignment can be achieved through the
magnetic field created by ‘FUEL ENERGIZER’.
Working of Fuel Energizer
ï‚— When fuel flows fuel pipe fitted with magnetizer,
molecules of hydrocarbon change their configuration.
ï‚— At the same time inter molecular force is considerably
reduced or depressed.
ï‚— This has the effect of ensuring that fuel actively
interlocks with oxygen producing a more complete burn in
the combustion chamber
ï‚— The result is higher engine output, better fuel economy
and a reduction in the hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide
and oxides of nitrogen that are emitted through the
exhaust.
Magnet for Energizer
ï‚— A neodymium magnet(also known as NdFeB,NIB) is a
type of rare earth magnet
ï‚— Permanent magnet made from alloy of neodymium, iron
and boron to form Nd 2Fe14B.
ï‚— It is tetragonal crystalline structure.
ï‚— It is the strongest type of permanent magnet made
having magnetic field
of 3000 gauss .
ï‚— The crystal structure
has high uniaxial magneto
crystalline anisotropy. This
gives the compound high
coercively.
Performance of magnetizer
ï‚— One of the main concern for magnetizer is to
lower CO,HC and NOx level.
ï‚— The test is carried out over the period of 7 weeks and
over the mileage of 9,653 km.
ï‚— The engine is fitted with three magnets of
magnetic field 3000gauss,4500 gauss and 9000 gauss

Introduction ï‚— Conservation of fuel is the main important criterion for nations development. ï‚— Pollution level is also increasing day by day is to incomplete combustion of fuel in automobiles. ï‚— In automobiles, only 60% of the fuel is completely burned and the remaining are wastage. ï‚— It results in decrease in brake thermal efficiency, brake power, and also results in detonation and knocking. ï‚— Incomplete combustion of fuel results in the formation of CO,Nox on atmosphere, resulting adverse effect on environment.
  • 3. ï‚— A FUEL ENERGIZER (MAGNETIZER) is a device which ionizes the fuel being fed through it. ï‚— A magnetizer uses neodymium iron boron magnet. ï‚— It is capable of producing strong magnetic field with the help of magnets. ï‚— It is installed on cars, trucks immediately before carburetor or injector on fuel line.

Effect of Magnetic field on fuel structure ï‚— Molecules tend to align with the direction of magnetic field, when magnetic field is created. ï‚— The axis of electrons aligned with the external magnetic field produces a fluctuating dipole moment. ï‚— This has the effect of ensuring that fuel actively interlocks with oxygen producing a more complete burn in the combustion chamber ï‚— The result is higher engine output, better fuel economy and a reduction in the hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and oxides of nitrogen that are emitted through the exhaust.

Magnet for Energizer ï‚— A neodymium magnet(also known as NdFeB,NIB) is a type of rare earth magnet ï‚— Permanent magnet made from alloy of neodymium, iron and boron to form Nd 2Fe14B. ï‚— It is tetragonal crystalline structure. ï‚— It is the strongest type of permanent magnet made having magnetic field of 3000 gauss . ï‚— The crystal structure has high uniaxial magneto crystalline anisotropy. This gives the compound high coercively.
  • 9. Performance of magnetizer ï‚— One of the main concern for magnetizer is to lower CO,HC and NOx level. ï‚— The test is carried out over the period of 7 weeks and over the mileage of 9,653 km. ï‚— The engine is fitted with three magnets of magnetic field 3000gauss,4500 gauss and 9000 gauss
