MPR - Duties & Responsibilities:
• Managing a PR/Event portfolio for lots of leading industries in Banking, Investment, Real
estate, Saudi banks, 3M, Agriculture, Hotel etc.
• Planning and developing strategies for PR for more exposure.
• Creating events ranging from product launches to PR driven campaigns for a variety of
multinational clients
• Working closely with advertising agencies to incorporate the PR strategies with the
Advertising campaigns.
• Ensures that partners are fully resourced to deliver quality services to the clients

reputation.
• Manage budget, invoices and payments also providing post-event analysis, budget recaps
and participant feedback and incorporate learning into future plans.
• Travelling to onsite inspections and project managing events.
• Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every event.
• Sourcing, recruiting, negotiating and maintaining external and internal vendor/team
relationships.
• Supervise logistics of all selected events from planning to execution stages including but
not limited to registration, reservations, payments, assessing vendor participation,
establishing partnerships, researching additional opportunities related to each event,
overseeing all aspects for Events activities
• Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery of each event.
Juice Zone - Duties & Responsibilities:
• Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting,
training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees;
communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job
contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and
procedures Maintaining the general filing system and file all correspondence
• Achieves restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and
recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans;
implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving
