Mr. Shah Md. Safiul Hoque is an associate professor of MIS and a PhD candidate, researching in the area of e-governance services in Bangladesh, in the Department of Government and Politics, Jahangirnagar University. He is a pioneer university teacher in the area of MIS in Bangladesh having higher degrees in information systems. He earned M. Sc. degree in Business Information Systems from the University of East London, UK. Prior to this, he awarded Dip. in Computing and Information System from the University of Oxford and Dip. in SSADM from the London College of Business and Computing, UK. He also earned Int.
