Objective
Seeking to serve Corporate India, after 29 years’ service in the Indian Navy in a

A technology management professional with over 29 years of multi-faceted and cross
functional experience in the field of Operations and Maintenance, involving Planning,

With a desire to work for Corporate India, quit Navy as a Commodore prematurely on

In the last few years, was a strategic advisor to Senior Management in fields of Systems
Procurement, Infrastructure Projects, Maintenance and Performance Management.
Have travelled widely and have a flair for learning languages and cultures. Have held
leadership positions in both small and large organizations for the last two decades and
have led projects for commissioning of electrical, electronic equipment and systems in
the Indian Navy with small, medium and large multi-disciplined teams. Have been able
to connect across different age groups and successfully implemented various projects.

 Steered infrastructure development, both Civil and Technical of Naval Dockyard,
Mumbai, a 10000 plus employee industrial establishment.(Two years)
 Spearheaded multi-disciplinary teams in formulating national level policies on
defining specifications & Vendor management.(Two years)
 Led in increasing roles of responsibility multi-disciplinary teams with diverse
cultural backgrounds (>300 personnel) to ensure 24 x 7 mandates of mission
critical systems in deadline oriented and limited resource environment. (Three
