Subject: Sergio Osorio Promoted to Mid-Florida Operations Manager

I am pleased to announce that Sergio Osorio, Vice President of Old Republic National
Title Insurance Company and South Florida Commercial Underwriter, has been promoted
to Mid-Florida Operations Manager, effective February 1, 2016. In his
new role, he will report to me and be responsible for the management
and oversight of Mid-Florida operations in the Orlando, Lakeland,
Tampa and Sarasota areas.
He will oversee the management of three Mid-Florida title plants, with
the title plant managers reporting directly to him. In addition, he will be
responsible for agency administration and operations, and will manage
and work closely with agency account managers, in order to promote
profitability and more growth of our Mid-Florida operations.
Sergio is uniquely qualified for this position. In March 2014, he joined the Company as Vice
President of ORNTIC and Commercial Underwriting Counsel in South Florida. He has
been responsible for managing, training and supervising commercial examiners, doing
underwriting and securing and handling complex commercial escrow transactions in South
Florida. He began his career as a title insurance attorney in 2002, after having been in
private real estate law practice since 2000.
A graduate of both the University of Michigan Law School and the University of Michigan
College of Pharmacy, Sergio has a unique and distinctive background as an attorney, a
registered pharmacist and a manager. He officially transitioned from
medical/pharmaceuticals to law in 2000, developing a passion for and specialty in real
estate law, and handling complex commercial real estate transactions. In addition, Sergio
is bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English. He is a member of the Florida Bar
Association and the Real Property Probate Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. He also is
a member of the Florida Land Title Association.
