I’ve been involved in numerous IT projects during last 8 years of my professional carrier. Nowadays I’m a Business Development manager of Qoderoom company. Which is full cycled software company based in Ukraine. Basing on my rich experience in working with IT services consumers, and participating in more than a dozen tenders, I have repeatedly faced with the fact that our customers do not always know what exactly to consider when choosing a long-term IT partner. Gathering all this experience at certain point I decided to analyze it and share with our partners and everyone who is interested in it.
