Adelphia is a place where no need is unfulfilled. Known as a
landmark in New Jersey, Adelphia is truly the “best of the
best” and the place “where it all comes together”

All Diners:
• Most customers are between the ages of 25-34.
• Prefer “contemporary American”, old fashioned
favorites, and comfort food.
• Want “healthy gourmet”: foods that are low in calories
and high in nutrients.
