o Preparation of budget variance and close reports and variance explanation
highlighting the key business drivers.
o Working on adhoc queries raised by the cost center manager, which
involves analysis of cost items hitting the cost centers.
o Advising the cost center manger regarding the overall improvement and
improvisations which can be made in their respective domain.
o Monitoring of cost items hitting the CC and exploring areas to reduce cost.
o P&L Analysis and investigation of various items and exploring the areas
to increase the overall profitability.
o Providing management with various reports on need basis to take
informed decision.

o Maintaining the cohesiveness among the team members.
o Supporting to address escalations.
o Maintaining and developing KRA for the team members.
