- Contract Administrator Duties (04/2014 – 02/2015)
● Design, implement and maintain Global Capacity’s contract management system. Including all contracts
for the company’s 450+ vendors,clients, and contractors.
● Monitor and establish processes to ensure compliance with contractualobligations in customer and vendor
master service agreements, service level agreements, non-disclosure agreements, professional services
agreements, IT agreements, independent contractoragreements, purchasing agreements, real estate leases,
and all amendments, addenda and exhibits associated with each of the aforementioned contracts.
● Provide guidance on contract matters to project managers and other staff, including training new project
managers and other employees regarding contract practices and procedures.
- Human Resource Duties (04/2014 – Present)
● Originally in a HR Generalist role for the company and one of only two members in Global Capacity’s HR
Department. Global Capacity had 112 employees located throughout the US, and the UK, at the start of my
employment.
Company tripled in both size and revenue after an acquisition of assets turned Global Capacity into a
300+ million dollar company overnight. Bringing in 300+ new employees as of 01/01/2015 and
allowing the company to deliver access to over 98% of the United States.
○ Duties prior to/during acquisition:
■ Provided support in talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing,compensation,
health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and
health, succession planning,employee relations and retention, and overall company
compliance.
■ Served as a confidential point of contact for employees to communicate with
management, seek clarification on issues or dilemmas, or report irregularities.
■ Successfully on-boarded 300+ new employees and was one of only two HR contacts for
all employee relation matters during the initial phases ofthe 01/01/2015 acquisition.
■ Worked directly with senior executives in Finance, Legal, HR, Operations, and
Marketing on multiple projects throughout the acquisition as both a project lead and in
support roles. Three are mentioned below:
● Managed state tax compliance projects in 36 states,including filings related to
state income taxes, unemployment taxes, and local taxes.
● Worked with all department heads to create the onboarding documents needed
for a positive first contact with incoming employees and was the prime owner of
all (40+) master documents for this transition Kit.
● Managed company wide audits to ensure benefits,payroll and employee
information was correct in our HRIS system, the benefit providers systemand in
