I have a total of 37 years experience in Marine,Petrochemical and Oil and Gas industries.The roles and responsibilities I have
undertaken are in the Commercial,Project Controls,Contracts,Estimatingand Proposals sections coveringexecution of projects and

 Conversant in preparation of various contractagreements i.e. turn-key, EPCI, Construction and ServiceContract with the

Duties and Responsibilities
The Duties and Responsibility of various sections varied in various organisations:
Contract Administration and Commercial
Review contractual letters and prepare response,submit and negotiate claims includingreceiptclaimsfromSubcontractors,review
and negotiate and settlement of claim.Full understandingof contractterms with the competency to brief team members and to
lead in discussions with Client.Close-outof Contractincludingsettlement of claims up to final accountwith Client and
Subcontractors.Invoicingclientfor Work Progress.
Project Control
Project Control includes capturingof costcommitment and charge includingforecastvaluefor completion of work. EvaluateProject
Cash Flow position to assistFinanceto establish loan valuewith Bank and providevalue of foreign currency to forex exposure.
Estimating and Proposal
Responsiblefor biddingwork includingprepareof proposal.Co ordinatewith Engineering team for queries
Collection of data and records from pastquotation, proposal to facilitatefurther biddingexercise
Outsourcingfor prices from Vendors and Subcontractor. Review of Contract terms and proposeexception with possibility of
negotiation with Clientand in accordance with Company policies and procedures
