3. APPROVAL OF PERF PROGRAM Tim Frederick updated the Board on the Public Employees Retirement Program. He informed the Board that the cost had risen over last year’s estimates. Discussion ensued. Questions were asked and answered. Robert Coder moved and Jim Kidd seconded the motion to approve the PERF program as presented and to pay the $103,558.00 from land sales for prior service credit for employees, which motion passed unanimously.
