Project Description:
The Western Union Speedpay electronic payment service offers billers a solution to accept one-
time and recurring electronic checks (ACH Payments), Credit Cards, Debit Cards and PIN-less ATM
transactions from their customers. Customers can make a payments through a variety of
convenient channels, by either speaking to the Customer Service Agent(CSR) who enters the
payment into our extranet application, Calling our Interactive Voice Response unit(IVR) and
entering payment information with the mobile or telephone, accessing the Internet where
customers logon to a website to make their payments, sending mobile phone text
messaging(SMS) to the biller and reviewing and paying electronically both traditional online bill
statements or more cutting-edge, emailed bill statements that are delivered to a customer’s
inbox(both are referred to as Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment(EBPP)).
All of these interfaces are highly customizable they can be tailored according to the biller’s
marketing standards and business rules, and/or they can be branded according to the Western
Union’s standards.

Today, most Consumer and Commercial charge card portfolios reside in legacy Account
Receivable (A/R) systems. Such out-of-date systems present a complex environment with high
compliance risks, a situation which is not entirely satisfactory from a risk management point of
view. As part of our effort to reduce the number of A/R systems in use in the Amex system, the
Company has identified GlobeStar as the new point of arrival (POA) A/R system for the
international market.

Projects Description
The American Express Servicing Platform (AESP) is an internet application used by the American
Express customer service representatives to provide service to its card members in United
States, Canada and Australia. SDP Application has 3-Tire architecture and is developed using
ASP.NET, Visual Basic.NET, XML for the presentation and Business logic and uses SQL Server
and Mainframe databases and DB2 as the Backend.
AEXP is an application used by Amex Customer Service Representatives to provide services to
card members when they call in for any services. The application is built using Microsoft
technologies like Visual Basic .NET, ASP.NET for the presentation and business logic with
Mainframe databases like IMS and DB2 as the backend.
The Project uses a rule Engine called Right Point to maintain the complex business rules that are
changeable at run time. The project offers all the functionalities of all the modules to web
service.
• Creating Data Characteristics to be used while SIT/ UAT testing for SSP, CFS, CRC, RC, CSO and SAC
applications.

American Express is one of the largest credit card operations, business solutions and travel service
company in Australia, New Zealand and has a global presence.
This project involves in providing Service thru Voice response for Activation of credit cards and service to
the customers holding the credit cards. In this I had completed below projects for Voice response.
Projects completed:
PABX Upgrade: - This project is of upgrading the switch at Liverpool, Sydney. I was involved in UAT to
see whether the switch upgraded is correctly done by making calls to hotline numbers and check the
messages and also the call routing to different skills. Testing was completed successfully.
Thunderbird: - This project is of launching three different cards in Australian market. They are Ultimate,
Premium, and GRCC. In this we provide different services to customer based on the type of card they
hold. I was involved in the Rollout Testing of this project.
Cruise: - American Express New Zealand plans to launch a co-brand partner card with CRUISE bank New
Zealand. The product is a Gold GRCC card hosted on Globe star platform. To Share governance which
protects Cruise’s banking relationship with the customer. Offer premium value to Cruise customers by
partnering with American Express and provide “best in class” American Express Membership Rewards
Programme.
Chariot: - AA (NZ Automobile Association) is a partner who we are developing a Classic GRCC co-
brand/affinity card to issue to existing AA members. Card members can earn AA reward points when
paying using the Card at any Amex merchants (regardless of whether the merchant is an AA partner) and
also double the standard AA partner earn rate when paying using the Card at AA partners.
Elvis: - This project is launching of two different cards in New Zealand market. They are Platinum co-
brand and Gold co-brand. In this we provide different services to customer based on the type of card they
hold.
 High Level Test Plans were written by incorporating User Profiles, Configurations, Environments, Risks, Test
Scenarios, Schedules and Analysis and Presentation of Results.
 Developed detailed Testing Methodologies, Test Matrices, Test cases.
 Worked closely with developers to co-ordinate with application testing in a pre-QA environment to ensure
cleaner builds were escalated to formal QA environment.
 Analyzed various requirements documents and Use Cases to prepare detailed Test plans.

current IP system to the AEB JAC international payments infrastructure; an existing fully parameterized
infrastructure which not only meets but exceeds the current IP functionality and availability requirements.
For an American Express FES IP customer, the system will provide a complete online international
payment and currency exchange capability, with a wide range of “secure” view and transaction
processing, including wholesale currency ordering.

Easy Reports is a Report generated tool where the developer can design the reports, make queries using
the query builder and call the reports in their application using Easy Reports API. It has four modules
those are Form Design, Query Builder, Print and PDF.
Form Design:
The Reports can be design. Using a user friendly GUI, which is done by Swings and can be save those
reports as XML file. This has functionalities Report Header/Footer, Page Header/Footer, Group
Header/Footer.
Query Builder:
Selecting the fields from tables can generate The Queries and specifying the conditions,

1. Link Manager: where relations can be specified between tables using user friendly GUI
2. Query Manager: Here the queries can be generated by selecting the fields from tables, specify the
conditions, group by, order by, and sort functions.

Projects Handled– Migrations of one server to another with Enhancements, UAT/ Production issues. Lead Testing Efforts & Manage QA Team of 40 members Project Description: The Western Union Speedpay electronic payment service offers billers a solution to accept one- time and recurring electronic checks (ACH Payments), Credit Cards, Debit Cards and PIN-less ATM transactions from their customers. Customers can make a payments through a variety of convenient channels, by either speaking to the Customer Service Agent(CSR) who enters the payment into our extranet application, Calling our Interactive Voice Response unit(IVR) and entering payment information with the mobile or telephone, accessing the Internet where customers logon to a website to make their payments, sending mobile phone text messaging(SMS) to the biller and reviewing and paying electronically both traditional online bill statements or more cutting-edge, emailed bill statements that are delivered to a customer’s inbox(both are referred to as Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment(EBPP)). All of these interfaces are highly customizable they can be tailored according to the biller’s marketing standards and business rules, and/or they can be branded according to the Western Union’s standards. Project Description: Globestar conversion of A/R system for markets EMEA , JAPA 1, JAPA 2, JAPA 3, LAC, Canada. Projects include major system enhancements, new process development and E2E testing support. Today, most Consumer and Commercial charge card portfolios reside in legacy Account Receivable (A/R) systems. Such out-of-date systems present a complex environment with high compliance risks, a situation which is not entirely satisfactory from a risk management point of view. Projects Description The American Express Servicing Platform (AESP) is an internet application used by the American Express customer service representatives to provide service to its card members in United States, Canada and Australia. SDP Application has 3-Tire architecture and is developed using ASP.NET, Visual Basic.NET, XML for the presentation and Business logic and uses SQL Server and Mainframe databases and DB2 as the Backend. AEXP is an application used by Amex Customer Service Representatives to provide services to card members when they call in for any services. The application is built using Microsoft

The Project uses a rule Engine called Right Point to maintain the complex business rules that are changeable at run time. This project involves in providing Service thru Voice response for Activation of credit cards and service to the customers holding the credit cards. In this I had completed below projects for Voice response. Projects completed: PABX Upgrade: - This project is of upgrading the switch at Liverpool, Sydney. I was involved in UAT to see whether the switch upgraded is correctly done by making calls to hotline numbers and check the messages and also the call routing to different skills. Testing was completed successfully. Thunderbird: - This project is of launching three different cards in Australian market. They are Ultimate, Premium, and GRCC. In this we provide different services to customer based on the type of card they hold. I was involved in the Rollout Testing of this project. Cruise: - American Express New Zealand plans to launch a co-brand partner card with CRUISE bank New Zealand. The product is a Gold GRCC card hosted on Globe star platform. To Share governance which protects Cruise’s banking relationship with the customer. Chariot: - AA (NZ Automobile Association) is a partner who we are developing a Classic GRCC co- brand/affinity card to issue to existing AA members. Card members can earn AA reward points when paying using the Card at any Amex merchants (regardless of whether the merchant is an AA partner) and also double the standard AA partner earn rate when paying using the Card at AA partners. Elvis: - This project is launching of two different cards in New Zealand market. They are Platinum co- brand and Gold co-brand.
