study cannot help us out. Continue.....
 Working smart requires planning proactive not reactive
but in hard work we don’t make planning which is
effective & proactive.
 In smart work time and effort is considered together but
in hard work more focus is given to efforts.
 Work if used alone makes you tired but if you work hard

-when you use your
physical effort other then your
mental effort
Limits of hard work
 Hard work goes so far when there is economic recession
 After working hard a person get tired in the evening
 In hard work a person working hard get disconnected from society thus
he cannot make proper coordination.
 When a person perform hard work he completes task on his own and
this is not a proper utilisation of resources
Limits of smart work
 It makes a person lay.
 It makes a person egoist.
 When a smart worker doesn’t take advice
from others then he doesn’t achieve

“effort is
important
but knowing
where to
make effort

essence
Hard work and smart work go hand to hand. No one can use a single
task for achieving success. Without smart work we cannot decide
