Eight-year-old Chloe Ernst from Hervey Bay, Queensland was one of 10 finalists selected out of over 600 entries for the Suncorp Wish Upon a Ballet Star competition after her mother submitted a photo of her striking a ballet pose in their backyard. As a student of ballet, tap, contemporary and jazz who practices 10 hours a week at the Sparks Dance Centre, Chloe's dream is to become a professional ballet dancer. The winner of the competition will receive a walk-on role in The Nutcracker and a behind-the-scenes tour of Queensland Ballet's studios.
