aroma chemicals from India. The total plant capacity for the Production of flavors and fragrance
intermediates are 2500 MT/annum.

Plant is having fully automated(DCS) continuous operation with Unit process/operations like Vapors
phase reaction, Aldol condensation reaction,Distillation, Liquid-Liquid Extraction. Plant is having a
central utility comprise steam boiler,Dowtherm boiler, cooling tower, chillers, Air compressoretc.
Job Responsibilities:
 ProductionofHexyl Cinnamic Aldehyde with good quality and yield.
 Handling shift production activity individually continuous Vapor Phase Reactor, Batch
Reactor,Batch & Continuous Mulicomponent Distillation, High vacuum Distillation, wide
film reactor(WFE).
 Handling utility section consisting Thermopac, IBR boiler, Cooling Tower, Chiller, Air
compressor, vacuum pumps(watering, Patkar-175,250 OTL Pumps) etc.
 Independent handling and analyzing in process sample on Gas Chromatography, Karl Fischer
Apparatus (Veego Matic), Tintometer (Lovibond PFX-195).
 Maintenance and record keeping of various plant equipments.
 Issue of raw material, shiftwise process order entry and transfer of finished goods in SAP
ERP.
 Implementationof5Smanagementsystem.
 Co-ordinatewith Purchase Department.

2.  Procurement for process consumables.
 Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
 Continuous Improvement through various Kaizen initiatives
 Taking trials of the processes in the Pilot scale plant to generate the necessary practical data.
 Yield, loss analysis, costing of the successful campaign.
 Coordinating the execution of shut down activities including campaign change over and major
maintenance activities, assisting in the development.
 Experience in developing batch reaction and batch distillation processes.
 Knowledge and understanding of Maintenance of rotary and Static equipment’s
.
Pilot Plant Experience:
 Planning of Trials to be taken in pilot plant.
 Generating good quality data required for scale-up of reaction/process.
 Preparation of detailed reports of experiments carried out in pilot plant.
 Co-ordinatewithR &D department.
DCS Experience:
 Monitor process parameters through atomized DCS (Microcon)
 Knowledge of DCS operation and troubleshooting
 Handling of Distributed control system (DCS) & Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition
system (SCADA) Operation.
