As a young kid, movies have been my one true
love, and that love turns into a passion, which
turns my passion into a hunger to learn more
about the filming industry. The greatest lesson I
learn is from my clients, and they have helped
me understand how important it is to be a
storyteller. From experiences, I have learned to
be a better storyteller and have better instincts
for editing/shooting videos. This has helped me
grow the core values by being passionate about
loving what I do and persistence; it took me a
while to find the courage to go after my dream,
but now I am running after my goal. Lastly,
being patient and have pride in my work. It is a
challenge, but hard work has paid off.

positive and exciting attitude; this helps build that

find that balance of bringing both the client's vision
and my vision to life, allowing that trust to come in.

done from my work at Fortiche Production. I will focus on increasing my

Do you know how a lack of communication can be frustrating during the filming
and editing process? Well, I have open communication with my clients by having
them be a part of the process from beginning to end and asking many questions
about their visions; I even encouraged them to give feedback for the video. In fact,
I have a client that also calls for me to collaborate with her for events for the city,
and it's because we build that open communication from the start and build that
trust.

  • 2. As a young kid, movies have been my one true love, and that love turns into a passion, which turns my passion into a hunger to learn more about the filming industry. The greatest lesson I learn is from my clients, and they have helped me understand how important it is to be a storyteller. From experiences, I have learned to be a better storyteller and have better instincts for editing/shooting videos. This has helped me grow the core values by being passionate about loving what I do and persistence; it took me a while to find the courage to go after my dream, but now I am running after my goal. GOALS Short Term: (Graduation on November 2023) • My goal is to work at Fortiche as a Production Assistant in the Edit Department. • I will grow my brand awareness online by having a website(Domain) with clients' testimonies and publishing my video content on my website, social media, Youtube, Vimeo, and LinkedIn. I will increase my social media and LinkedIn by 10% by March 30, 2023. Mid Term: (In 5 years, 2028) • To climb up the ladder at Fortiche Production and work as a Creative Director. • I will continue to grow my online presence by updating new content I have done from my work at Fortiche Production. I will focus on increasing my LinkedIn by 15% by November 2026. Long Term: (In 15 years, 2043) • To have owned my own Production company with at least 30 employees. • The company's online presence will grow, publishing video content from clients with testimony and will be displayed on Social media, YouTube, Vimeo, and LinkedIn. Well, I have open communication with my clients by having them be a part of the process from beginning to end and asking many questions about their visions; I even encouraged them to give feedback for the video. In fact, I have a client that also calls for me to collaborate with her for events for the city, and it's because we build that open communication from the start and build that trust.
