The summary of my achievements in different assignments so far, are as follows:-
1) At Mount Meru India Private Ltd. as HEAD - INDIA OPERATIONS:-
A) Forming company - Formed new company - Mount Meru India Pvt Ltd. - separate limited company to
under take new trading activity (exports & import) in addition to KPO ( Accounts & MIS) activities of the
company.
B) Tax Audit by TRA of the Group Company- Helped Tanzania Revenue Authorities Audit activities. and
furnishing supporting documents and data to support the assessment.
C) Framing the system for local purchase, exports to the group Co.s, fixing rates at transfer pricing, tracking
system of purchase to exports consignment, developing system for getting all the I) exports benefit, II) exports
without payment of excise/VAT/ Octroi etc I.e the tax structure prevailing in India. Further also developed,
vendors for exports & imports clearing activities. Selling DOC ( deoiled cake), a byproduct of manufacturing
system of group Co. in domestic market in India.
D) Added more clients in group co. to get our KPO - Accounting activities.
2) At Kilimanjaro Biochem Limited as COST CONTROLLER:-
A) Streamlined the accounting system - as the company was in the project stage, till the things were operational and
streamlined.
B) Developed exports procedure & documentation for smooth exports - meeting the parameters of Tanzanian rules &
regulations
C) Documentation Refund of VAT, as the company was into exports as a major part of sales.
D) Refund of insurance claims for the damaged/vehicles met accident.
E) Renewal of work permits without a single instance of delay/lapses.
3) At Atul Limited &AmalLimited as HEAD FINANCE:-
A) Implementation of Oracle 12i in one of the divisions.
B) Making profitable sales - in tough competition & under violent fluctuating raw material prices.
C) Revival plan approval of Amal Limited - which was referred to BIFR - got approval for the same.
D) Project evaluation of new products to be introduced.
E) Getting project financing and working capital sanction letter for AmalLimtied, the sick unit.
F) Holding Board meeting to approve quarterly results, publishing in stock exchange, holding Annual General
Meeting & doing all Company Secretarial Activities.
4) At Southern Range Nyanza Limited &Picfare Industries Ltd as FINANCIAL CONTROLLER:-
A) Expansion of both the companies and import of plant & machinery - handled all the activities - including the Non Fund
based financing - i.e. letter of credit facility
B) Submission of tender for diaries & scholastic materials.
C) URA tax audit activities- laisiong with tax authorities for assessment.
D) Refund of VAT in textile business & in Scholastic business and most of sales were VAT exempted.
E) Getting accounts audited for 4 companies with Deloitte &Touche despite improper configuration of SAP - ERP.
5) At Atul Limited as MANAGER FINANCE:-
A) Removed one section of unprofitable product group all together.
B) While budget review, we did not plan for the products which were highly competitive and losing at
contribution level.
C) Timely execution of Cost Audit without any query for 4 consecutive years from the Ministry of Industries.
D) Reduction of financial cost by discussing same in Consortium meeting.
E) Timely submission of monthly reports, annual projections for funding the working capital, renewal of various
loan - like FCNR, Export Promotion Loan, etc.
6) At Lloyds Steel Industries Ltd. (now Uttam Galva Ltd.) as ASST MANAGER ACCOUNTS.
A) Developed Accounts payable procedure for Bulk Raw Materials & Transportation bills.
B) Worked on Corporate MIS for consolidation of MIS & highlighting the grey areas of the financial activities.

B) Developed exports procedure & documentation for smooth exports - meeting the parameters of Tanzanian rules & regulations C) Documentation Refund of VAT, as the company was into exports as a major part of sales. D) Refund of insurance claims for the damaged/vehicles met accident. E) Renewal of work permits without a single instance of delay/lapses. 3) At Atul Limited &AmalLimited as HEAD FINANCE:- A) Implementation of Oracle 12i in one of the divisions. B) Making profitable sales - in tough competition & under violent fluctuating raw material prices. C) Revival plan approval of Amal Limited - which was referred to BIFR - got approval for the same. D) Project evaluation of new products to be introduced. E) Getting project financing and working capital sanction letter for AmalLimtied, the sick unit.   • 2. 4) At Southern Range Nyanza Limited &Picfare Industries Ltd as FINANCIAL CONTROLLER:- A) Expansion of both the companies and import of plant & machinery - handled all the activities - including the Non Fund based financing - i.e. letter of credit facility B) Submission of tender for diaries & scholastic materials. C) URA tax audit activities- laisiong with tax authorities for assessment. D) Refund of VAT in textile business & in Scholastic business and most of sales were VAT exempted. E) Getting accounts audited for 4 companies with Deloitte &Touche despite improper configuration of SAP - ERP. 5) At Atul Limited as MANAGER FINANCE:- A) Removed one section of unprofitable product group all together. B) While budget review, we did not plan for the products which were highly competitive and losing at contribution level. C) Timely execution of Cost Audit without any query for 4 consecutive years from the Ministry of Industries. D) Reduction of financial cost by discussing same in Consortium meeting.
