Sandy was instrumental to the success of the Business Credit Card
launch by producing the training tutorial in a short amount of time. She
was able to take raw material and transform it, and was flexible in
making last-minute changes. In the midst of it all, she was handed the
extra challenge of dealing with her mothers illness and hospitalization.
Despite the unexpected shift in her priorities, she still delivered on
