1. Mass Distribution Update
Summer 2015
...By revelation the mystery was made known
to me, as I have written previously in brief, by which, in
reading it, you can perceive my understanding in the mystery of Christ.
Ephesians 3:3-4
Prayer
For more ways and
resources to pro-
claim in all the earth
the availability of
the ministry litera-
ture.
For the Lord to open
the way to help
readers, especially
in Croatia, digest the
books and see a vi-
sion of the economy
of God and His re-
covery.
For the Lord to raise
up vital groups to
care for the distribu-
tion in Egypt and to
open efficient ways
to deliver the books.
For the Lord to open
a door for the free
ministry literature
to spread in Cuba.
Europe: Facebook
pages set up in Po-
land, Sweden and
Norway are contrib-
uting to an increase
in electronic book
downloads. May the
Lord continue
spreading the minis-
try in this way.
Latin America:
Book shipments
from the logistics
center in Panama
arrived at their des-
tinations. Physical
book distribution
has resumed in Ar-
gentina, Mexico, Par-
aguay, Puerto Rico,
and Uruguay where
stocks were running
low. Operations are
beginning in Ecua-
dor and are under
preparation in Cuba.
Highlights
The Urgent Need of Literature for
Preaching the Gospel
of the Kingdom
Ministry
There is a spiritual famine
throughout the earth just as
there was a famine in Jo-
seph’s time. However, the
Lord’s recovery is a store-
house filled with food, just as
Joseph’s storehouses were.
We have seen the need
among God’s children; there-
fore, we should rise up and
distribute the food in our
storehouse. If we do not go
out to distribute food, our
food will breed worms and
stink. When I visited Taiwan
in the past, I was not satisfied
with our meetings, but this
time I have a different feel-
ing. I am satisfied and even
surprised, because many
saints have become
“scholarly.” Their testimonies
and prayers show that they
have learned many things,
and their use of expressions
such as essence and economy
shows that their utterance
has improved. However, we
still need to lift up our eyes to
see that many households are
starving and that there is
famine everywhere. We need
Do we realize the extraor-
dinary dynamic of the printed
page? The printed page never
flinches, never shows cow-
ardice; it is never tempted to
compromise; it never tires;
never grows disheartened; it
travels cheaply, and requires
no hired hall; it works while
we sleep; it never loses its
temper; and it works long
after we are dead. The print-
ed page is a visitor which gets
inside the home, and stays
there; it always catches a
man in the right mood, for it
speaks to him only when he
is reading it; it always sticks
to what it has said and never
answers back; and it is bait
left permanently in the pool.
Another powerful reason
for using literature is that the
printed page will reach those
otherwise utterly unreacha-
ble, and may be the only
chance they will ever have of
eternal life.
The printed page is death-
less: you can destroy one, but
Letters
the press can produce mil-
lions: as often as it is mar-
tyred, it is raised: the ripple
started by a given tract can
widen down the centuries
until it beats upon the great
White Throne. Its very muti-
lation can be its sowing.
One…saw a tract treated con-
temptuously by the receiver,
torn in two, and thrown on
the road. A puff of wind car-
ried it over a hedge into a
hayfield where a number of
haymakers were seated and
soon they were listening to
the tract; read by one of their
number who had found it. He
was observed carefully join-
ing together the two parts
which had been torn asunder,
but were held together by a
thread. The reader was led to
reflection and prayer, and
subsequently became an
earnest Christian and tract
distributor himself; and of
the rest, within twelve
months three became active
Christian workers.
Nor let us forget the enor-
mous electric voltage prayer
can put behind the tract.
God's message enters doors
locked to the evangelist; it
can be enclosed in every let-
ter; its economy places it
within the reach of all; it
preaches in the factory, the
railway carriage, the kitchen;
it visits the hospital ward and
the workhouse, and whispers
in the ear of the dying. For
prayer —that is, God—is be-
hind it.

to send food to the starving
households. Since we have so
much food in our household,
we should have the heart to
distribute this food. ...We
should not merely sit in Jo-
seph’s storehouses and enjoy
the food. We need to distrib-
ute and propagate these rich-

One Year in
Thailand
I have never read anything
so good that has put names
on things and put it in or-
der. There was just a big
“Hallelujah” in my heart
and much crying. I am so
thankful for this. In a way I
haven't been able to put
down the books I received
yet, so I didn't want to give
them away yet. Therefore I
was hoping I can get a set
that I can give away. Eve-
ryone should read this. It is
a true enrichment. My wife
and I take turns reading
the books. We are experi-
encing great enrichment. I
wish you the Lord’s bless-
ing that allows us to share
in this wonderful Life.
—Reader, Norway
After I read Basic Elements,
I could feel that this Chris-
tian book was not the same
as other books that I’ve
ever read before. Moreo-
ver, when I read the last
book, The Glorious Church,
I was very excited with the
revelation inside. This
book is my favorite one.
Hence, I really trust in
brother Watchman Nee
and brother Witness Lee.
—PS, Thailand
I started reading The Econ-
omy of God, and I am being
greatly enlightened. It is a
book in which I must go
deeper.
—ANP, México
I thank you for your care in
sending me Volume 1 of
Basic Elements of the Chris-
tian Life. I continue having
a hunger for the writings
of brothers Nee and Lee.
May the Lord bless your
labor of distributing food
to all of His sheep.
—LM, Cuba
Thank you for the book,
which I downloaded. I was
especially touched that it
makes no sense that God in
His love would save us, but
not preserve us for Himself
forever. I was also touched
concerning the precious
blood of Christ that saves
us again and again from
sin, so that we would be
able to live in fellowship
with God and live in His
presence. I thank you for
what you do. God bless
you, your family, and the
work of your hands.
—DP, Croatia
I had the opportunity to
read one of your books
that I borrowed from a
friend. I always had the
feeling that God is with me
and gives me strength
when it is the most diffi-
cult. This book gave me a
better insight and under-
standing of my relation-
ship with Him. I want to
continue to develop my
personal relationship with
the Lord. Thank you for
your wonderful books.
—LK, Bosnia
By way of commendation,
your resources are excel-
lent. I have mentioned
your resources to family,
friends, colleagues, and
students. I pray God in-
creases your ministry and
resources greatly. God
bless you in Christ.

...when we go out to spread the
gospel we should take some
ministry books with us. These
books are not for us to sell and make money but
for us to use as tools. We must use the literature
as helpful tools…

Costa Rica
The first shipment ar-
rived. The saints set up
tables at university cam-
puses, with over 600 stu-
dents taking the free
books. One university
principal said, "Next time
I want you to set up earli-
er. You are allowed to be
here as long as you want."
Printed material and elec-
tronic advertising are be-
ing used with the goal of
reaching every key city in
the country.
Ecuador
Saints from Ambato,
Cuenca, Guayaquil, Mil-
agro, and Quito have been
praying and preparing for
distribution in all of Ecua-
dor. In April the Latin
American team visited to
help the coordination. An
initial shipment of books
will be on its way soon.

The books arrived after
much prayer. Web orders
and phone calls are com-
ing in. Christian leaders
are picking up books for
congregations in the San-
tiago area. The saints also
are visiting new believers
and other saints in cities
where there is no church
life, using the free books
to feed them with the
riches of this ministry.

Norway
A group of young people
have been praying and
meeting regularly to use
social media to advertise
the free books. A noticeable
increase in the number of
orders has resulted.

A meeting on the Lord’s
Day in Budapest, request-
ed by readers who have
come out of their denomi-
nations, is thriving. The
Lord is strengthening Bu-
dapest by adding migrat-
ing Hungarian-speaking
saints. Many will be at-
tending the one week
trainings in London.

Egypt
In October, a nondenomi-
national ministry asked
for 3,000 Basic Elements
of the Christian Life books
and 7,000 Mystery of Hu-
man Life tracts to distrib-
ute in their tent meetings.
In four days, approxi-
mately 6,400 people re-
ceived the materials.

In January 2015 the first
readers' conference was
held near Cairo. Seven
readers will go to the
Moscow training and to
visit the church in St. Pe-
tersburg this summer.

Former Yugoslavia
Since 2010, there have
been over 13,000 orders
for Croatian books in the
area of the former Yugo-
slavia (now seven sepa-
rate countries).
Most orders come from
Croatia and Serbia, and
groups of readers in three
localities have been
raised up. Many have
gone to London for the
one week trainings.
Russia
In 2014 only electronic
books were available. Ser-
vice groups in different
parts of the Russian-
speaking world distribut-
ed free copies of the Rus-
sian New Testament Re-
covery Version while
waiting for the new ship-
ment of printed books.
The groups are praying,
planning and preparing
for the arrival of the
books to expand and con-
tinue their labor. Readers
are being invited to semi-
nars in selected areas.
Thailand
About 40 saints attended
a training in Bangkok to
join in the mass distribu-
tion of the free ministry
literature. Service groups
come together every week
for prayer, fellowship and
coordination. About
300,000 bookmarks have
been given out by the
saints. The bookmarks
have also been made into
signs, posters, banners,
and posted in many plac-
es. Over 2 million people
have been reached
through social media. As a
result, over 3,000 names
are now in the database.

Monaco is the only coun-
try left among 50 that has
not yet received ministry
books. May this financially
wealthy country have its
eyes opened to see how
poor it is without Christ.

May the reports presented in this update encourage us all to see that the white
horse of the gospel is running and gaining new ground throughout the earth.
The dream of Matthew 24:14 is becoming a growing reality:
“And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole inhabited
earth for a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.”
Lord, stir us up to continue steadfastly in prayer and in our
participation as we labor together.
