Talent Acquisition:
 Making strategic recruitments keeping in mind the future needs of the organization.
 Realistic and need base manpower for individual labs with current and justified work load.
 Sourcing paramedical student trainees from various Institutions.
 Sourcing of resumes through Job Portals, Agencies, Social Media, according to the
requirement and short listing the same.
 Relationship Management, Salary Negotiation, Job Positioning and follow ups
during and after the interviewing process.
 Looking after the full & final settlement procedures for the employees leaving the organization
and conducting exit interviews.
 Ensure employees related issues are prioritized and distributed to HR colleagues and resolved
timely and in an efficient manner.
Induction/ Group Induction Formalities:
 Keeping track from start to end process for new joinees.
 Signing LOI, offer letter, appointment letters, confirmation letter, relieving letters etc.
 Coordinate New Joiner Induction at regional level.
Salary and Benefits Administration:
 To ensure all employees of the Company receive their compensation and benefits in a timely
and accurate manner.
 Ensure regular deduction of advance, absenteeism, leave without pay, and other dues
recoverable from the salaries of the employees.
 Coordinate with HR Operational process team for employee query resolution to issues
pertains to Payroll, PF, Gratuity, Leave etc.,
Performance Management and Review:
 Conducting the Performance Appraisal exercise for the employees
 Facilitate timely completion of Goal Setting, Monthly / Quarterly Review and Final Appraisals
 Coordinating in formulation and implementation of policies relating/ w.r.t. to increments,
incentives and remuneration.
General Administration
Maintain employee personnel files in an accurate and accessible way ensuring confidentiality and
timely upkeep.
Provide information and advice on HR processes and procedures in entire North East labs,
ensure information is accurate and understood on different HR Policies.
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, proactively deal with staff and management queries,
where appropriate referring them to the HR colleagues and also to ensure all correspondence is

Provide full cover to Gurgaon Clinical Reference lab for administrative support to administrative
