and to begin the day well we
preferred the right amount of
preparation so we could start and
end on time without
compromising on the contents.
After all time is precious and 1st
impression is the last impression.
INITIATIVE &
PARTICIPATION
The impact:
An initiative taken by me, as the
Placement Head of NSHM Udaan
Skills, on my 2nd month of joining
saw 14 companies participating with
their regional level HR
representatives coming down for the
seminar and making it a success.
THE ‘PRESENTATION’
About us & modus-operando:
Presentation time. Explaining
about our organization,
mission, vision and how our
Placement Cell works. Also
show casing, what else we bring
on the table, the differentiating
factors.
THE ‘REBUTTAL TIME’
Q&A session:
Interaction between me and the
present HR representatives.
Giving them the right solutions
over the table. Easy to
implement, cost effective and
highly productive customized
solution to manpower
needs/hiring mandates.
THE ‘CLOSURE’ ON THE
TABLE
A tasty ‘wrap-up’:
What’s better than closing a seminar other
than refuelling oneself with delicious
platter. Prepared at our Rozanna
kitchens(major food provider to nearly all
private multi-speciality hospitals in
Kolkata). 5-star quality taste with our own
chocolate-black forest pastry to wrap it up.
A day well ended.
THE IMPACT
As a direct follow up to the meet,
placement statistics saw a positive curve.
Please find below the same:
Placement LoI by companies : 21LoI acquired in 2 months;
MoU (placement partnership): 3 MoU sign-ups in 2 months;
Placement Campus Drives : 8 campus drives with 14 companies
participating.
