PROFFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2002-2004- GSCS Qatar. Business Development
During my time with BSCS, I have worked out of three countries.
Qatar, concentrated on bringing in new business from both the US army at Seileiyah base, and the USAF at
Al-Udeid AB. Worked on miring and placing approximately 690 employees in various jobs under the BCS
contract awarded to both ITT Industries and GSCS.
Kyrgyzstan, Central Asia; I was tasked with establishing a new office for the company in Bishkek,
Kyrgyzstan and developing new business with the USAF at Peter Ganci AB, Now Called Manas Transit center,
outside Bishkek. Of the many projects I supervised and brought to a successful completions, was building the
F-16 hot pads for the USAF, Operating their fuel stations, and Base camp support services.
Iraq; In Iraq, I was tasked again with bringing in new business and supervising certain projects. The largest I
handled was the BOS contract which included three bases for the military. We were tasked with building and
refurbishing existing buildings to bring the bases up to current standards. And once the first phases was
completed we were tasked with providing all life support services for and estimated 16000 Iraqi troops being

trained by the US armed forces. Another Project I supervised was the repair of the Baghdad International
Airport runway. I also managed the constructions and installation of a 550 man camp at Taji base.
2004-2005- SLS Jordan.
During my time with SLS, I was awarded two contracts by the USACE to build two Iraqi Hwy Patrol Stations in
the Basra Area. Along with a smaller contract to build a Hanger at King Faisal Air Base in Jafer, Jordan.
Dec. 2005 – Oct. 2008: SBC. Business Manager/ Operations Manager
Joined SBC in Dec. 2004 as Operations Manager. I was able to bring more than 19 million dollars in business
from various clients around Iraq. Namely various small construction jobs such as man camps on various FOBs
and refurbishing Clinic buildings and constructing various check points with concrete towers., a laundry
service contract in the IZ, among other contracts that ranged from raw materialto regular supplies. My main
duties are to get new business and execute the projects we win by hiring the right subcontractor, and make
sure that every project comes to a positive conclusion, and finally make sure that we receive the money for
the work performed. During my time at SBC, I spent most of my time in Iraq on military bases, which gives me
a great insight as to the working of the military and a full understanding of their rules and regulations
outlined in the FAR.
Jan. 2009- Jul. 2010;
Owned and operated a American style restaurant in Bishkek Kyrgyzstan. Catered for the Expats contractor
community in the country along with the service men and women on the base, and the US Embassy personal.
We were screened by the RSO of the embassy and the Air Force security to allow the service men and women
to add the restaurant to their list of destinations.
