6. WORKING PROCESS
After switching on the system
will take input data from
Ultrasonic sonar, IR and
Water Sensor
Water Sensor detects if there is
any water ahead and gives a
continuous bit of sound and
vibration
If the SOS button is on, then
NodeMCU will send location
via massage.
If distance button is on then it
will detect if there is any
object ahead between 2 meters
and gives sound and vibration
output.
If distance button is not on
then it will work as it naturally
do. If any object comes
forward him then it will gives
us faster bit and vibration.
If Proximity sensor is on then
it can detects if there is any
moveable object ahead

Survey Findings: We interviewed 3 Blind people from 3 different social
class.
Potential consumer liked the product, however they suggested to increase
the functionality like:

• Community SOS
• Change in design

• Increased battery backup

• Cost:
If we produce 50 sticks per day, our per unit cost including
all the materials, fixed cost & Variable cost will be 900 BDT.

We will reach the breakeven point within 6 month
• Revenue:
we plan to sell per unit for 1300 BDT, so our Profit per unit
will be (1300-900) = 400 Taka

• Goals/objectives:
According to the nature of our product and target
customer, our prime objective is to increase an
awareness of the product in the market.
Our secondary target is to attract government orginations
& NGO to get major funding source.
