3. This page will pop up after you log on to samfordbulldogs.org. If you are new to the system, you will need to register.Please click register and proceed.
4. REGISTER Fill in accurately and completely all information. Employers view your profile, so keep it updated.
5. This screen will appear after you register. You will receive an email verification with a link to click to verify your email address. Your password will be sent from the system.
6. After you verify your email address from the link provided, this page will appear in a new window for you to log-in with your username and system generated password.
7. This is your home page. Click on profile and update your personal information if needed.
8. Personal Information is the first tab to update, then click on Academic Information. The Privacy tab is for you to click yes or no to make your resume available for employers. If you ever want to change your password, click on Password/Preferences.
9. How to upload documents. Click Add New at the bottom left hand corner.
10. This screen will appear after clicking Add New. Add your resume, by clicking the browse button to find where your resume is stored, then submit.
11. Click on the tab, Pending Documents. Your documents will be labeled under Document Title. Your resume has to be approved by a career counselor before it will appear under Approved Documents and before you can sign up for interviews.
12. How to add a cover letter. After clicking add new, choose Cover Letter and this screen will appear for you to type your cover letter in the box.
13. Click on Jobs and then search for All interviews. On your home page you can click Search Jobs.
14. How to search for on-campus recruiting interviews. Click on Jobs and then CSM Jobs. Next to “Show Me” select “All Interviews” item. The search results for OCR appears below Job Title. It also shows you the employer, location, position type, when the job was posted, deadline and type.
15. This screen will appear for you to sign up for a preselect interview or an Open interview. Click the submit button to apply.
16. Your resume submission will appear under Application Status and show documents submitted. Be sure to check the Schedule Details so you won’t miss a deadline.
17. Click on Interviews at the top of the screen to see your status. The Invitation to interview will appear under Status with a particular employer.
18. When it is time to sign-up for an interview slot, click on Schedule Interview
19. This screen appears after you selected the job and employer in which you want to interview. On the right you select which documents to include and then Submit.
20. This screen will appear after you submit your resume. Please note the “Sign-up Start Date and End Date”
21. This is your interview request page. Select your time and then Submit.
22. Click on Jobs to view all interviews under Application Status.
23. Keep an eye on your Scheduled Interviews. Mark your calendar!!! Good luck on interviews!!!
24. CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY Notification of CANCELLATION received less than 24 hours prior to the interview will require that a courtesy letter to be written to the interviewer and delivered to the Career Development Center within 24 hours of the missed interview. Failure to comply will result in being removed from future interview schedules and loss of the right to interview on campus. In the case of a NO SHOW, which entails no contact with the Career Development Center concerning cancellation and failure to show for the scheduled interview, your name will be removed from all interview schedules and seniors will be removed from resume referral immediately. To be eligible for future on-campus interviews and resume referrals, a letter of apology must be written to the interviewer and delivered to the Career Development Center within 24 hours of the missed interview. In addition, the student must also schedule an appointment with a counselor to discuss eligibility for future services.
