the establishment and development of a fully digital system to engage Italian-Australian residents in order to
make them partecipate to the 21 official networking/business development events. The ICCI offered several!
options for Italian-Australian residents willing to start new businesses in Queensland and Melbourne Area.

events. Meanwhile 13.100 emails were gathered online !
through web site traffic generation. In terms of revenues, by
July 2007 were raised 2,32 Million AUD from online
membership sales. The entire team budget used for the
project (salaries included) was 320.000 AUD.!

After relocating to Italy for family related issue I founded GRUPPO MY digital marketing agency with two
former ICCI colleagues. The agency had as business goal to create a customer portfolio of 15 high level

Digital Project description: Social ToolBox, Social media in a Box
In 2011 Gruppo My developed its first own project: Social ToolBox. SocialToolbox is a small box similar to a
SMARTBOX/MOVEBOX designed to provide to companies professional a complete starter kit to get
businesses online. The 2010 Italian digital market survey showed that only 21% of Italian companies had a
website, 19% was using at least one social media channel and only 11% was using e-commerce to improve
sales. Due to these data we designed a small box to be sold online and in stores to educate the national
market on digital marketing. Simply buying a small box each professional or company owner could have a
Digital starter kit to bring his/her business online. The box included a USB drive pen with a complete (video
and e.book) Digital marketing basic training, web site development and 12 months pre-set digital marketing
strategy. All the mentioned for just 250 Euros. !

Ballsystem was seeking the opportunity to improve its auto-body shops network as main goal of its national
business development. Ballsystem offers a training based opportunity to its partners which involves a 6.000
Euros annual fee for 5 years. Being a B2B digital marketing project the team worked closely with the Sales
department to better mix online lead generation, demand generation and offline actions. When the project
started it counted an asset of 23 affiliates and a potential customer database (email) of 195 companies which

Digital Project description: PDR Tool Kit E-commerce
In 2013 Ballsystem decided to partner with A1 Tool, the main PDR tools reseller in the US. !
A1 Tool was presented a well established digital presence and a functional e-commerce platform.
Ballsystem and A1 Tool agreed on a success fee based digital project letting our team create and manage a
digital marketing strategy to improve online sales. Thanks to a pre-existing email pdr techs database and
online advertising (PPC) our team improved A1 Tool on lie sales of 6,9%.

Digital Project description: Digital Marketing training
Due to digital marketing results, Ballsystem
management decided to offer to its main partners a
series of!
free digital marketing seminars. The training was used
to further strengthen business partnership by showing
company results and successful case histories. The
digital marketing seminar were dedicated to marketing
managers and staff of BASF ITALIA (Coating) and
DIRECT LINE (Insurance). The seminars were held
between February and June 2014 for a running total
of 40 hours on specific topics such as Digital Strategy,!
Social media Marketing and Digital marketing
Management. Being the main project goal pure
branding its direct effects could not be determined in
the short term.
