LED Audio Illustrator

This project will be attempting to visualize and illustrate an audio signal. By
having an audio input with threshold LED indicators we will be able to detect and estimate
the level of sound waves in an area. The audio levels in an area can be segregated and
illustrated by the set level of threshold to correspond to the LED color variations.. Therefore
this project is meant to design and arrange a set of LED to dispel information by utilizing an
input of either microphone or analog signal of some kind. These signals will then be
evaluated by a program to be translated to the grid of LED.
• Library implementation
To remind patrons of their noise levels.
• An Audio Engineer’s Indispensible Tool
To measure the overall acoustic of an area.
i. To design a meaningful and portable
method of audio signal visualization.
ii. To put to practice the programming and
soldering skills.
The festive season;
These lights can blink in and out in
accordance and in sync to the song being
played.
