Awakening Signs Gulf Artist Humood AlKhudher

Awakening is pleased to announce that the talented Kuwaiti artist Humood AlKhudher has signed an
exclusive record deal with its music subsidiary Awakening Records. Humood will be joining Maher Zain,
Hamza Namira, Mesut Kurtis, Raef and Harris J as part of Awakening's outstanding team of artists.
Humood AlKhudher was born in Kuwait in 1989 and spent some of his early childhood years in England
before retuning to settle in Kuwait. His interest and passion for art and music was evident from a young
age. Humood has released many singles and music videos over the past decade and is now finalising his
debut album to be released by Awakening Records. Humood also has a very visible social media
presence with his Facebook page having nearly 1 million likes.
"I'm excited and honoured to join Awakening. It has always been my aspiration to work with a company
which puts values at the core of its work. I hope to be producing music which will inspire my audience to
build a better world for all" said Humood.
Awakening Records is a pioneering London based record label producing faith-inspired and value driven

Awakening will be releasing Humood' AlKhudher's debut album "Aseer Ahsan" in January 2015. The
album will be available on Awakening's online store, iTunes and music outlets across the Gulf and
worldwide.
