2. Abstract
The aim of this essay is to show the
development of the apple company and
in which brand the sector evolved most.
By explaining the development of the
iPad, the history of apple will be also
stated, including that of the company's
economic situation.
3. Introduction
The reasons for my selected subject matter primarily relate to the
ongoing growth of apple in the globe. It started from a small
baseline to an incredible corporation growth through the
advancement of their technology as well as their launch of
diversification in meeting consumer’s wants and needs. Apple
had its name firstly as apple computer then it switched from
apple computer to only apple. Reasons in doing so were their
eagerness to diversify their products to not only computers, but
additional products too. (Silicon Valley Historical Association ,
2008). Apple was founded by two people, Steve Jobs and Steve
Wozniak. They wished to make computers small enough for
people to have in their homes and offices, for that reason Jobs
and Wozniak started constructing an Apple I at Jobs ' garage and
sell it, although this was without a screen, button or case.
However, the oncoming of The Apple II had revolutionized the
software sector with the arrival of the first ever colour graphic,
since that time Apple was made public, and this resulted in sales
rising from 7,8 million dollars in 1978 to 117,000,000 in 1980 (
Richardson, 2008).
4. Body report
The apple sector has a wide range of products, with iPad
being the highlight of this report because of its number one
list of mostly bought apple product. Long before the iPad
was released Apple experimented with tablets. Its Newton
MessagePad PDAs — originating from 1993 — were likely
tablet-like, although raw by contemporary norms, with
restricted applications. The firm also designed but chose
not to send a strong PowerBook tablet known as PenLite
(Fingas, 2018). The initial iPad, which was announced in
January 2010, provided an aluminium building with
rectangular borders–as we can see on the present iPad
Pro, but the latest designs are much narrower. The screen
was 9.7-inch, 13 mm in thickness and weighed
approximately 680g. The model for 2010, featured a 1GHz
Apple A4 processor and has a storage capacity of 16 GB,
32 GB or 64 GB, while providing a battery lives of 10
hours. Pricing began at $499 and equipment, including a
button charging system and a normal docking station to
make the iPad a big picture has been added to it (O'Boyle,
2019).
6. Conclusion
In summary, the research indicated how
the apple company has progressed and
changed and how its products have
grown. The iPad was easily famous,
although at first the audience believed it
was the same as the iPhone, rendering
it unfit for sale and it will certainly lead to
a failure. However, these claims have
proven otherwise, and the iPad has
become the most popular bought apple
product.
