While Brighton has focused more on these industries, Manresa is on a similar path. A staff exchange between the two cities allowed them to share experiences and practices to boost local cultural initiatives. Key lessons included that culture adds value to tourism, strong infrastructure is essential for creative industries, partnerships between enterprises and society are important, and both creativity and management skills foster cultural entrepreneurship and economic impact.
