Tests,Durability test,Raw material Test with Universal Testing Machine,dye penetration Test,
(Truck,Tractor & Passanger Car wheel)

 Vechile Level testing Like Endurance,Pot hole,Shower Test.
 Responsible for Inspection & approval of proto type wheels
 PPAP parts inspection & documents preparation
 First off approval in CMM for wheels, machined components and new products
 Receipt Inspection & approval of Tools & gauges
 Reverse Engineering with design Team.

interval and New products

 Conducting part level audits relates to product at supplier plants as well as their action
plans and supplier billment process capability review.
 Review of supplier global 8D reports.
 Attending daily meeting for supplier parts rejection & leading to ICA & PCA validation
on line.
 Coordinating with FCPA & internal product audit teams for parts concern to non
conformity & implementing action plan for the same.
 Core team member in plant launch team .

side,CAL,S&R,FCPA, 4-POSTER and VOCF.
