 Total project solutions- concept, design & engineering, supply & commissioning.
 The CDE compact mineral processing plant project Sale includes specific customized
application and plant design based on representative ore/mineral characteristics, several analysis
reports.
 Process flow development as per circuit requirement and complete plant design includes – material
handling units -feed Hopper, log washers, Conveyors, size separation units- different type of wet
and dry Screening unit , dry Air Classifiers, classifying units Hydro cyclones with different
capacity Slurry pumps, dewatering screens , density separators Pulsator Jigs, water
management units- swage control & water recirculation High rate thickeners with flock station (poly
dosing unit) with electrical control panels, capacity wise different type of pressure Filter press etc.
 Apart from washing projects CDE under takes complete design, detail engineering and supply of iron
ore beneficiation plant as turnkey project basis.
Major Achievements at CDE:
• Booked first CDE Iron ore washing project at south India to m/s Lakshmi Mineral valuation 3.6Cr
• Booked first CDE Sand & Aggregates washing project at south India to m/s Mine Rock worth 2.7Cr
• Booked first CDE sand washing plant order at Nepal to m/s Madhav Aggregates
• Introduced CDE to major sand & aggregates manufacturers and Constructions companies at South.
• Won two consecutive orders from m/s Nanu Enterprise and established CDE brand in the Goa market
• Won first slime beneficiation project order from SAIL, Kiriburu mines valuation 2Cr.
• Won first Lime stone wet processing project order from JSPL, Raigarh valuation 2.35Cr.
• New area developed at MP and won five turnkey project orders from m/s Geomin Minerals & m/s
Eurasian Minerals, m/s Pacific Exports, m/s Ferrite Minerals, m/s Euro Pratik etc with average
valuations 3.5 - 4Cr.
