This document describes a college ERP system created by students to automate and centralize a college's administration and management. The system handles activities like student and staff management, documentation, and payroll. It aims to replace the manual system with an interactive software that stores data efficiently and reduces workload. Key features include a management information system, common platform for students, teachers and administration, and modules for student data, staff, and fee management. The system is designed to be simple to implement and maintain with a user-friendly interface.
